Use the Contact or Custom Printing page and provide the garment type, quantity, colors, size breakdown, print locations, artwork, deadline and delivery ZIP code.

What artwork files do you accept?

AI, EPS, SVG and print-ready PDF are preferred. High-resolution PSD, PNG, TIFF and JPEG files may also be accepted. Raster artwork should generally be 300 PPI at final print size.

Do you print small and large orders?

Yes. The recommended print method depends on quantity, artwork, garment and budget. Screen printing is often most economical for larger matching runs, while full-color production may suit smaller or highly detailed orders.

Can you help prepare my design?

Artwork cleanup, background removal, vector conversion, typesetting and design assistance may be available for an additional fee.

How long does production take?

Turnaround begins after payment requirements, garment availability, print-ready artwork and proof approval are complete. Timing depends on quantity, print locations, artwork and the production schedule.

Are custom products returnable?

Custom, personalized and made-to-order products are generally final sale after proof approval or production begins, except when damaged, defective or produced incorrectly by BigSales4U Apparel.
